DS Lite control buttons

please help! I have a DS lite system & received a Tomb Raiders Underworld game, but have no instructions for either one. My issue the game is asking me to hit the "R" button but no "R" button on my game yet the online manual states they do exist on the game. Can anyone help me out?

This might be better suited in The TR Underworld technical forum. But I play TR and have a DS so I think I can help. By 'R' it means the right trigger. Located top right corner, the bottom control panel, above the signal lights (for on/off and recharging). Do you understand?
