Where exactly is the glyph and pipe?

I think I'm at the right spot to climb wall to get into the pipes. Behind me is a recess in the wall with a bright glyph; opposite me is a pipe. I have the gloves. I can climb the wall beside the pipe up to the overhang but can't get onto the overhang to continue; nor can I get onto the pipe itself. Is there a trick to making it over these overhangs?

Or am I in the wrong place entirely. I've searched all around the clocktower over and over but this is the only glyph I've found.

The Glyph IS ON THE PIPE GRATE ABOVE YOUR HEAD.

In the small back courtyard off the street that comes from the Pub and leads to Terces Court.

From the Pub take the alley. When you exit there will be a tree in a planter on your right. Then the Portal to another section. Ahead will be some stairs on the right, and some crates in the left background (and a guard).

Behind the crates is a door. Enter the door, when you exit you will find a doorway on your right into a small courtyard. LOOK UP.-
