Can't get past mission

I'll try this again... A year later!

When I finish the Kyrkalov Submarine Facility mission, there is a cutscene and then when I press Continue => start mission I'm at the Kolyma Castle mission again, I thought that this was suppose to be, but it's the same objectives as before so something must be wrong!

Anyone have this problem Or am I the only one at the planet having this issue??
