Batman crash with long error

Hello All.

I have a strange problem. When I start the game "unpatched" it works fine no issues. The second G4WL updates it to v1.1 this is where my nightmare starts.

I can no longer even start the game Physx on or off. I know is not .net version because I am running 3.1.5

I have inserted the error below.
