In the ‘Heart of Darkness’ FreeFlow™ Combat map, players will battle a mob of relentless and maniacal enemies at the Arkham Pumping Station. Even the most seasoned Batman: Arkham Asylum player will enjoy stepping into the boots of BATMAN to take down increasingly difficult waves of insane inmates. In the ‘Hothouse Prey’ Invisible Predator™ map, players will have to rely on their Predator instincts to silently and effectively take down enemies at the Abandoned Glasshouse.

In Batman: Arkham Asylum, developed by Rocksteady Studios and based on DC Comics’s Batman license, the DARK KNIGHT takes on his greatest challenge yet when he becomes trapped with all of his most dangerous villains inside the insane asylum of GOTHAM CITY - ARKHAM ASYLUM! So just to clarify - this DLC isn't available on PC, and as far as I know there are no plans to release it on PC. It is only available on PS3 in the US but is available for PS3 and 360 in Europe.

Was this announced on the 360 ticker? I looked at it last night and it was just advertising the Insane pack.

So does the U.S. 360 crowd eventually get it? Or no?

According to the release it isn't supposed to be released until tomorrow anyway. Some of the overseas stores may have it now. U.S. will get it as scheduled for tomorrow as scheduled.

Just looked at the release again and am I reading this correct. It will only be available to those 360 owners in Europe? No 360 owners in the U.S. will have access to the DLC?

Couldn't it just be that U.S. Xbox 360 users won't get it till tomorrow, because the 24th is the release date?

I hope so. I'd like to play the new maps, and it seems like we in the U.S. are being punished for a) being in the U.S. and b) playing on a 360.

Not liking that.

And of course, not forgetting our PC brothers and sisters either. Why can't we all get it?

This is souring my experience with the game a smidgen, or rather, the companies. It seems Eidos is trying to push us towards PS3. If you're going to make it exclusive, just release it for one console. Jeeze.

It ticks me off, too, because this game is the whole reason I got a 360. Had I known a year ago that Eidos had a thing for PS3, I would've saved up more and gone with PS3.

It might have something to do with MS' policy about releasing free content. I'm just guessing here, but maybe they couldn't release another free pack so soon after Insane Night?

I'm sure the US will get it eventually.
