Uncharted 2 demo was a special case for people who preorder and was not part of a normal store update.

From what i can get uncharted demo is only available when u use the code which u get, buts its not technically in the store.

The Uncharted 2 MP demo is available through a redeemed code, so only if you have a valid you can download it.

The PSN store usually gets updated around 6PM....

LOLZ the US psn store mostly always updates on thursdays by 6:00 P.M. CT if you don't want to wait make a UK account the UK psn store always updates before the US psn store.

European PSN has the DLC, and believe me when I say that "Insane Night" is insane but extremely fun.
