How to beat lunatics in hard mode

On hard mode, I dont know how to throw off the lunatic. It says throw and shows a ps3 controller. How am I supposed to figure this out. I got killed 3 times trying to figure this out.

you need to set off the motion control...then you will have to just press X like a lunatic till batman throws him from his back...or when he comes running...face him and strike him once...then ground takedown him

If you have motion control on, then shake the control.

Or, just press triangle to counter them when they jump on you and then do the ground takedown.

Alternatively, strike them before they can jump on you, knock them down with a Batarang or pull the (it'll bring them down) with the Batclaw and then do the ground takedown.
