New Playable Characters In challenge maps? (DLC)

Just an idea, mainly villains from the story, I know it probably won't happen , but here's what I think would be Viable:

Harley Quinn - Probably the only character that I can think of which could have both Free flow and predator challenges (Other than Batman and Joker, ofcourse :P)

Scarecrow - Maybe predator maps, He's not really an up front fighter, but he'll need a lot of tricks up his sleeve to make him work even in predator challenges.

Killer Croc - Possibly Free flow challenges, I know he's a croc but I don't think he'd work as a predator :P

Ivy - I just don't think she'd work in either

Zsasz (?) - Again, I don't think he'd work, maybe though, it is plausible.

Bane - Just like killer croc, accept he's less stealthy , Probably just free flow if anything.

So that's what I have, I think Harley would be the best Imo, Thoughts, idea's and anything

The only playabe characters I'd want to see, even though its not gonna happen, are Nightwing, Civilian Bruce Wayne and Superman :P

Scarecrow with a fear-based array of gadgets - explosive gel = Fear Bomb, batarangs = Fear Gas, cape stun = Light Fear Dose, takedown = Heavy Fear Dose, etc.

He's actually a good fighter (drunken boxing / kung fu).
