I wouldn't consider anything shown as a spoiler.

Xbox 360 had better lightning.

However, the PS3 had better shadow effects.

It seemed like more of a tie to me. It was VERY close.

Indeed. In some cases Xbox was REALLY good.

Way too close to call, I'm actually surprised. Congrats to Rocksteady Studios yet again, not an easy feat to pull off (look at Ghostbusters)

Gotta stay true and say the PS# was better, but it may not be true...

How they have overlayed the videos is a bit of a mess to be honest, they have cropped the image so much that it almost makes it look like batman is offscreen on the 360 which isnt the case.
Anyone who has the 360 version knows its not how they are showing it.

Something is weird about this Head to head....why would the camera angle be different in den xbox/ps3 versions makes no sense...I played bothe the xbox & ps3 demo...in det demo the camera was the same on both platforms....I think Lens of Truth made a mistake somehow...I made my own head to head on my 1080p tv with both consoles over HDMI...and i think the xbox wins, not by much but the graphics looked sharper and the xbox had less jaggies....but both versions look awesome...good work Rocksteady

I've analysed both versions of the demo extensively on my HDTV. Yes, the 360 does have the edge over the PS3 in terms of graphical fidelity. But if you were looking to measure that edge in physical terms, you're looking at few millimetres; the differences are practicaly negligible.

Now, in cases such as this I always go for the "better" version, but this is where Sony have done the right thing with the exclusive content. The play as the Joker DLC and the free Digital Comic for the PSP means I'm getting this on the PS3 instead. For once Sony have got something right (unlike Ghostbusters; I'm not buying the PS3 version because it's dog poo compared to the 360 one).

I am mad they only made Joker for PS3, more people own 360's then the PS, in these tough economic times xbox is cheaper without having to settle with the very cheap Wii ( which I have and barely play compared to the Xbox) and dont give me the escuse of PS3 having a cheaper version now cause they took a lot of good features out to make it that way.

Dont turn this into a console war, this topic has nothing to do with DLC

I still say they look the same. Maybe some details a little better on PS3, some better on 360.

The differences are so small that nobody should worry about which console to buy it on (why people worry anyway I don't know).

It's really good to see a developer who hasn't gone and complained one console is harder to work on compared to the other, and managed to give both consoles the same experience looks wise and game play wise.

Was just going to say the exact same thing

The ps3 seems to have better shadow details whereas the 360 has some better textures, but its really difficult to tell them apart.

Exactly. In some areas this switches around, and I think it's great. Because of that on-off sort of thing, you can never really say one is better because just when you think you notice something that looks better, it looks worse.

Besides, that AA stuff is weird. Sit far enough away from the screen, you won't see jagged edges as much. Like grain in films. You can't sit too close.

Ah, I'm kind of spaced out in this room. Have it set up so my T.V is behind me (so computer and T.V face each other) but also so the couch nearby can be used to view it. Helpful when stuck on a game, and then want to relax to a good film.

Definitely helps keep that distance between myself and the T.V. I think the larger the T.V, the larger the distance you're supposed to have between yourself and the T.V.

Yep, it really does help, I sit as far away from my TV as possible, but since I'm 6 ft 2 then its really difficult to find the space

I feel really short now! Still though, the differences between both versions of the game are minimal so it's all good, you know? Nobody should be disappointed because one version looks better than the other.

I could understand with Ghostbusters, the differences between each game were massive.

Lego Batman, actually, was also good on both. Maybe Batman can't be imperfect.

I thought that ghostbusters was quite good on rthe ps3, I had more fun catching ghosts than looking at textures.

Lego Batman was rather good aswell

WOW! I can't believe how identical Rocksteady made both versions. But what's even more surprising, is that the PS3 version actually looks a bit better.

It looked really washed out for me. I like a bit of colour, and I found when I played it on my 360 I had more colour. I guess it's not a bit deal, more a personal preference.

It really was. I should play it again soon. Shame it didn't have as much as other Lego games, but it was fun.
