Buying new Computer & need some help

I am buying a new computer. I don't know what I should get though. I use PC's for graphics and games like photoshop,games, and 3D modeling. I don't know if I should get a notebook or a desktop. The prob. with notebooks is that they don't have enough memory on their graphic cards. Usually 32 or below. I need something with at least 64MB. But I also think a notebook will not be as powerful as a desktop for designing. If a can find a good notebook but if it has 32MB, I think that won't be good for games, so do you think I should just get a cord to plug your PS2 into the notebook? Or should I start being a PC gamer and get a desktop?

The only question you need to ask yourself now is...how portable does it need to be?

I've been thinking and I think I am going to buy a desktop. If I want to do gaming and graphics, then a desktop would be best.
