You have to understand these are the villains that Batman considers the most dangerouse and this is a Justice League story not just a Batman story.

I figured this was the case, since his were so greatly outnumbered by those outside Gotham. lol

But to be fair, I didn't see Clayface or Scarecrow until today. So, my "complaint" is slowly diminishing.

for some reason i didn't find them until today.

plus what really makes them cool is that their all written in Batman's words.

I would get the Volumes but they're a bit pricey.

why can't they put them all in one book, like Kingdom Come?
