It wasn't that bad at all. Personally, I didn't notice any major issues.

You get to hear his voice in the 3-part story demo. He's the guy that says, "All patients should take their medication every day" in that awesome voice.

I also love how Zsasz isn't given some big boss fight. He's a nut with a knife and is treated like one, absolute genius!

I just noticed when he was on the gargoyle about to do the silent takedowns, it said Tap A to lower gently. Badass.

The game looks awesome... no doubt. Every positive thing has already been said. Gameplay looks awesome, graphics are gorgeous, and the sound is top notch. My only nitpick though is the audio. Specifically Kevin Conroy's voice.

During gameplay it sounds a bit weak, and not mixed well with the rest of the game's audio. Cutscenes sound great though.

My suggestion for Eidos would be to beef his voice up with a compressor and add a VERY SLIGHT bit of reverb to make it feel like he's speaking in the asylum.

What's wrong with his dialogue? It fits him very well.

Why all the hate for Kevin Conroy all of a sudden? I've been on some other boards, and people keep bashing his Batman voice. It sounds excellent.

WHAT!!! F... ING... blasphemous. God there is no pleasing people. First Christian Bale and now Kevin F'ing Conroy? What do people want, his MK vs DC voice(which SUCKED btw).

I have my minor nitpicks but I'm not bashing Conroy either. I just didn't think his voice meshed with the game... which is more technical than performance, and can be fixed in time.

On a side note how doesn't it fit Batman? In this game Batman is big and very salty looking. Conroy has that deep and extra salty sounding voice. It meshes perfect with the character. Just not with the environment around him.

And the dialogue? "I know him" sounds exactly like something Batman would say.

It's probably all part of the "lets bash Batman due to TEH AWESOMNESSES of TEH JOKER!!!1!!1!!1"

Kevin Conroy's voice has always been perfect. This game will be no exception.
Perhaps he doesn't sound as dark as in the cartoon but we have to remember that it's early on in the game and Batman has been taken off guard. He thought he was bringing The Joker to Arkham, he didn't count on being locked in there.
Conroy is the man!

Kevin Conroy is the man and so is Mark Hamill. Instead of insisting on an exact performance as you imagine every line in the script should be said (you never do that with an on-screen actor, so why a voice actor?) instead just close your eyes and listen to the character they are portraying. Do they convey that character well? There are no actors better at portraying "real-life" radio play versions of Batman and the Joker than these, and although other voice actors have given very good performances of these characters, they often verge on caricature. Conroy and Hamill have the conviction and the natural voices to these characters, I hope most of the B:TAS cast comes back, they were that good.
