DX:IW Freezing on first menu

ive looked for this prob and i havent really seen anyone else with this problem

im not a pro at computers yet,this is a new computer i played on my old one just fine (a few video problems) the problem is i install it just fine load the first two ads just fine loads to the main menu then freezes before the menus get in to place. music also loops

It may be a game bug
(It randomly happened to me i reinstalled it and it worked like a charm)
