Yeah. I loved number 5... more so with the co-op aspect. Okay, I do miss the old horror-filled Resi that I scared me half to death when I was a kid so it looks like we'll be getting the best of both worlds.

Speaking of number 5 I even bought the Gold edition again for my new PSN account.... can't not have Resident Evil 5 data.

I never got myself to like RE somehow... Even watching that demo up there, it was so obvious the girl is going to become a zombie xD But hey, tastes

Capcom released about 90 minutes of Gameplay Demo so far from 3 different campaign in RE6. After the Playable Demo release of RE6 at XBOX360, there's about 2+ hours of more video on the net. Plenty of RE to check now.

I had a look and apparently it's going to work the same as number 5 did in terms of co-op and it's apparently got drop-in and drop-out which will be handy.

I didn't know!!! Have to check that out!!!

No problem. I was giving the Jake one a watch as I'd not seen much and thought I might as well post as I was here.

And yeah, the co-op is all good.

Apparently Mercinaries is back along with a bunch of other mini game things (so I read). I also read that there is going to be another "Ada Wong: separate ways" thing like they did with Resident Evil 4 where you play as Ada and follow her story.

Safe to say lots of Resident Evill goodness in a single game.

^ Noooo I'm disappointed, trgal Japanese people don't have the letter L in their language, if you ever watched an anime with Japanese dub, you can hear them pronounce the letter R instead of L So, "pirrows"

Just watched those gameplay demo's for Resi 6!!! Pretty good! Leon's campaign is definitely more old school style, with the slower zombies and whatnot while Chris' is more fast paced! Jake's campaign seems very intense with that big thing after him!!! Looks great!

I love Resi games but I just can't stand the movies... Every time I watch a trailer for a new one I keep asking myself "Is this really Resi?"

watched the game play trailers of RE and so far i doesnt knock me over. just more action with less horror. so maybe i give it a miss. unless the price is right and it doesnt require this crappy LIVE DRM. already lost my profile due this crap and therefor my saves from RE5.

the movies were all crap in my view. has nothing to do with the games. just the name umbrella and some characters from the games but thats pretty much it. seeing ada wong now in the 6th movie will not change my mind that it will be any better or even worth watching it.

the japanese dont have the L letter in there alphabet. but the funny thing is, they actually say Ls instead of Rs.
for example; "roku" (which is 6), they pronounce it as "loku".
so it was really confusing when i was learning the language with books and CDs, and hearing them pronouncing these words with Ls in stead of Rs. so of course i always got the wrong words because of this.

Yeah. The first one I thought was actually a good zombie film, Resident Evil film? Not quite.

However, I've enjoyed the films, I've watched them a number of times and it's not because they are the greatest films ever made (like film series like Harry Potter aren't either) but I find them somewhat enjoyable to see a different Resident Evil universe play-out.

They are just kinda fun and cheesy films that keep me entertained mainly because of Milla Jovovich.... without her I doubt I'd watch in all honesty. I believe RE:Retribution" is the sort of last film in the series.... unless it does really well and apparently the writer/director has said he has a final script that will finish the whole thing off.

I think though in terms of the films "Afterlife" was more like the games, number 5. I say this because even though it lacked any real story it had quite a bit from the game. For example:

Retribution is 5th movie. Resident Evil: Degeneration was a CGI movie. I hope they will do 6th, 7th, 8th..........movie as well. Love all those Resi movies. But I want to see Jill back in the game as well.
