lol, I didn't see that until after it was fixed, but got a laugh out of it anyway.

btw, thanks Driber for the note about the revived Sig assylum page, I just put in my request to get my very first sig EVER!!! (imagine that, I am on about 15 different forums, but don't have a sig in any of them yet) So hopefully my woefully inadequate creative skills came up with something interesting.

Just saw that post, yeah.

Kudos on describing it into such detail, instead of just "I want something with Lara"

I'm sure whoever picks up on your request will appreciate it a lot.

Yeah. It's a pretty odd feeling when stuff like that happens on your own doorstep so to speak.

But hiding in a shed I might nick that idea... engage my murderous side.
Only kidding of course.

@WinterSoldier - Yeah, they've got really no right to do stuff like that. Although, sounds really bad but I get on with the people that do this kind of thing... I have no idea why as I'm am a complete opposite. But then again I think it's something to do with the fact I don't judge people and I treat people as I want people to treat me... so I'll be fine. Lived next to drug deals and I got on with them, always said "hi" to the prostitute who lived a few doors up.

I'm just polite.

Looks nice, although it has an unsightly hard border between goku and gohan. A little gradient should solve this

Very nice.

Having a similar type of face, you actually look much like my gf now, haha.

She cut her hair like that a short while ago as well (she learned herself how to cut hair and is quite good at it ).

BTW, you do know that we've got a photo thread going on here, don't you?

Please remove large pictures when quoting someone. No need for the same picture to repeat just a few posts down from the original and cluttering the thread

Thanks.

Shocking. And the fact the lot of them scarped and I don't think have been caught (hiding behind balaclava's) which makes it somewhat even more horrible to consider. Especially when I said it happened a few doors away (of terraced houses).

Poor bloke.
Absolutely horrendous, drug related or not.

Having lived downtown in a big metropolitan city for nearly all my life, I've seen my share of drama too. And living 2 doors down from a coffee shop (and I do mean the Dutch kind) didn't help much, either.

Often police was around our door and I've seen the occasional riot police going through my street too.

I'm glad I live somewhere completely different now.

I agree. Drugs or not, it is still a terrible thing.

It's like I've been reading the news (I was actually looking for an article about that attack to see what it said). Instead I came across a few instances that were reported a few hours before that attack:
  • Woman (34) was dragged from her boyfriends motorbike as they were at traffic lights - by hooded thugs. They kicked her then stole her money. - Note Hooded thugs.
  • Man near my local cinema (about a mile away) was hit in the face with a plank of wood as he left work - by hooded thugs.

Neither were to far away. Then again, I live near the separator for the 'bad' part of town. The place were if there's gun crime it always goes on down there.

It's quite appalling really. My mate had a conversation with me yesterday about the lot commonly known as 'Chav's'. Why do they cause trouble because they have no money? I mean I'm not working, I don't have that much money but I don't think oh well, get on benefits and lets go break stuff. Like I'm currently off and receive nothing now from the government for still being in education. So the £30 a week I got bought everything I needed for college. Now I can't afford that much (hard as hell getting a job) and I was told "Why do you get yourself on Job seekers?" Now I'm not being funny but I'm not having tax payers paying me to sit there till a job turns up... however bad the money situation is. Now the £30 a week was tax payers but you automatically received it if your parents earned less than a certain amount.

I'm starting to do loads of voluntary to make sure that employers take notice of me and understand that I want to work and earn everything I own. Opposed to government hand outs.

So why don't people that do that kind of stuff take the same attitude. I'd sort of like to spend a hour inside their minds... just to see the logics in anything they do.

Funny thing, the Gohan picture was sharper than Goku and Freeza, but I don't know what happened. I don't know how to work photoshop, and I'm too lazy to even try...

If you want to do it for me...

Well I read the intro to the sig thread and figured I didn't want to confuse the guy right on his first week back at the job Staticon took the project, and if you haven't seen it yet, he has the "first fitting" done and it looks amazing...I am so happy with it.

Yup, I saw it, awesome stuff. If it were my sig, though, I'd have the logo slightly more to the left so that it exactly overlaps the transition of the images, but hey, that's just me being a perfectionist, hehe.

He probably moved it slightly off center because otherwise it would obscure the tip of the ship, which makes sense

While on the subject, I slightly modified mine. Lara is now shooting a poor innocent insect.

Butterflies....cute, colorful, fuzzy.....Lara can't help but hate them

I've come to the conclusion I'm not too photogenic.

Either I look pretty bad in photo's due to lack of being photogenic... or I'm just generally damn ugly. Although in some pictures I don't look back at them and cringe too much. So I can't be all bad right?

eek, that indeed sounds like it's the same bunch, doesn't it. If it all happened on the same day...

There's no logic. Rather, the same old crappy excuses. "Society has screwed me over, so I deserve this free money!", "I can't get a job because employers have something against me, so why even try.", yada yada.

Like LARALOVERnr.1 said, the sig asylum re-opened. Just make a quick post about it here and someone (probably me, unless someone else is quicker ) will pick up on it.

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt arrived in Sarajevo, the capital of my country, Bosnia and Herzegovina, for the SFF (Sarajevo Film Festival).

Here's a quick video. (Angelina received a Honorary Heart of Sarajevo reward)

@Driber - Yeah it probably is the same lot, wouldn't surprise me.

Guess there isn't really any logic as it's proved: I can't possibly understand what they gain from smashing things up in their own cities. Not to say that they should be going to other cities and wrecking them, no way. But that would make some sort of logic "Lets make our city look better by trashing another". But they don't do that, so it's makes no sense what so ever --obviously I don't want them to do that but at least it would make a bit more sense.

And yeah I guess it is just excuses, like the whole "What's the point of finding work as employers have it in for me".

That statement in away sort of does apply to me in one respect. My mates are being turned down for work with better qualifications and experience than I've got, but I still refuse to hook onto benefits till I find a job. So I've pack in looking for work at this moment, not cause I take that attitude mind. Instead I'm thinking: "Stuff, it. I'll come back in a few months having done a range of voluntary stuff, now give me a job" - If not I'll just repeat, cause I do want to work.

I am really happy that the sig asylum reopened. I am in the same situaiton...I don't have photoshop and wouldn't know how to use it if i did, so I had them make a sig for me...so I guess this is the official debut Staticon did a great job and put it together exactly the way I wanted it to be.

Ya know, much as I don't care for her acting, I must admit I admire Angelina's charititable and humanitarian efforts. At her level of success (and I'm sure financial security) that's very cool of her. I can picture alot of other actors or actresses that would just say "Right, that's it. Don't have to do anything now." and just hole up in their mansions and only leave to go to work then straight back home if they had her success/security. Or they'd be out partying all the time and get in so much trouble because of it they blow all their $ on lawyers fees (*cough*lindsay lohan*cough*).

I wish I could redo the numbers I chose for the competition rofl. I was being silly. Ah well. I'll cry on my TOMB RAIDER art book if I lose.

Slow news day huh...I go to France next week. Gonna go visit each spot Lara goes past in Angel of Darkness. Mwuhahahahahahha. No laser dodging in the Louvre though. Just gonna stare at mona lisa. :3

Thanks. Already changed it again, though

I think I'll make my sig auto-rotate with a different target for Lara to shoot at every time. Sort of turn it into a running gag, hehe.

Haha, marvelous, EK

I pictured exactly that when creating my sig and would've made it animate like that if GIF wasn't so limited (the max 256 colors screw up my ladybug photo).

Thanks for doing that, it gave me a good chuckle

Glad you both like it

Given the conversation, I couldn't resist!

GIF is very limited, unfortunately, but it can have its moments!
