When you complete the game (I think it's on "Master Survivalist" difficulty, but I've heard other difficulties get it too...), there is a "bathing suit" unlocked that can be replayed only on the Med. Sea level via Treasure Hunt.

If you want the bikinis, they're only available as DLC on the Xbox-Live platform.
