Deus Ex GOTY Critical Error on Load Game

Deus Ex GOTY Critical Error on Load Game

When I get to the main menu I click Load Game and try to load my one saved game (I only use quick save), and it crashes to desktop with the error message that is in the picture.
I am on the map 09_Dockyard and would not be very happy if I had to start the game over.
Help?
