The Release Date.

This is my first post here, so hi :P

i dont know if this has been posted before, but i know there was a lot of stuff going around that the release date was August, i have the new issue of PSM3 and it says the game will be released in march.

Sorry if this has been posted before, i had a look and i couldnt see any threads saying it so i posted this

Could you scan the article where it says it comes out in March? Also, welcome to the forums.

Last I heard, a few game places have it listed for May 1, 2009. August has been thrown around too but if it's in March I'm a bit concerned since it's so soon and we don't have that much info. I would prefer a May or August release.

I wanted the developers to take their time so as to be sure the game doesn't suffer. I'm sure most people here were hoping that the developers would take as much time as they needed as well. I'm going to freak out if March is the actual month. =/

guys stop freaking out, these guys have taken their time. Just because it might come out in March doesn't mean they didn't spend time on it.

I haven't started to freak yet. It's what I'll probably do in the future. =P
I'll try not to freak when the time comes however, it's bad for stress levels anyway. ^^;

I know; I'm just concerned. I'm sure they've taken loads of time and that it'll be a great game. A little extra time couldn't hurt though, right? 8D;;;

Yeah thats why i asked when they started work, cus it looks damn good now, then theyve probably spent a while on it.
if they started waay back and its being released in march then thats not a bad thing.

If this is the case then they have kept the game secret for a very long time, however, I'm more likely to say that I'd wait for an official date. A lot of gaming reporters have a habit of estimating release dates, so I'd take it with a grain of salt.

Still, feels a bit early. Would hate for it to be pushed out.

And it doesn't mean it isn't ready.

I would be more worried if the target release was Nov about it being released unfinished so they don't miss the holidays.

i think it doesn't come out then because at the screenshot you also see 'i am alive' and 'infamous' and those games are not coming in march so i think the information is wrong.

I hope this game does come in march but please Rock steady please take your time with this game so it won't be bugging. I played alot of games that are based on the Unreal 3 game engine that were bugging for example Turok that was a really bugging game from the start.

The game is definitely hitting its release dates of August 25th in the US and August 28th in Europe and beyond.

I'll close this sucker before anyone else gets scared.
