I bet this has already been posted, so I apologise if it has.
Did anyone notice the obscure shape of the ground at the final cut scene, you know I'm rubbish at following stories but I was looking out for something special like in Legend were there was Natla Industries boxes in Bolivia Redux, and I spotted the scion? Again sorry if this has been touched upon., if there is another connection I'd be interested in knowing. TY xD

I think Natla is connected to Avalon because of the Scion.
It holds the knowledge of everything, according to her. So quite possibly she knew about Avalon before. |

Natla was part of an ancient, apparently worldwide civilization. CD's Tomb Raider games are based around the idea that all the world's different mythologies originate from this civilization which preceded all known human history.
So even though Arthurian Legend, Atlantis, Norse Mythology, and Mayan beliefs are all different to us, they seem to originate from the same civilization. The artifacts from these different myths, the Scion, Excalibur, and Thor's treasures all appear to be part of this civilization as well. Natla was alive during this time, so she knows all about the various myths and the truth behind them. That's the connection between Natla, Avalon/Helheim, and all the other myths.
