Game glitch, return for refund?

Hello,

Ive loved all your games and especially the Tomb Raider series u are well
known for,

I recently discovered a glitch that prevents me from continueing the game,

Basically after the two calenders, where u have to arrange the rings. I
ride the motorcycle and there is no ramp for the first pit.

I have no save points, because the game did such an excellent job of
saving automatically, congrats on that one.

However i really feel this is a complete waste of $65.00 Canadian
considering i will never play the game again because i dont enjoy
replaying the same sequence of events,

How can i go about getting a refund, or something so i can continue.
