reviews ain`t great,is it any good??????

after reading some of the reviews of tru it seems that it ain`t as good as the hype suggest`s.i only hope it`s not a drakes fortune clone which was way too easy,do i buy or do i rent,need some feedback off the yanks

They probably don't like because its not an Uncharted clone....

To be honest, I actually am one of the people who thinks that the combat in tr needs improvement, but I do recon that that is just a very small part of the game and thusly determines my effections for the game as a whole only very slightly.
With all those tons of action games these days I think reviewing people have forgotten that there are also games that aim at other kinds of gameplay, but they judge it like an action game with some additional platforming.

It's getting decent reviews.

The game is gorgeous I must say; but it has its flaws and we knew this for a while. Any Tomb Raider fan should get it without a doubt. It is that pretty to watch, and is Lara Croft.

Now, let's be honest... Tomb Raider games is Lara Croft alone in a huge environment with enemies on wheels competing, yes competing in the market vs games with lots of characters, multiplayer modes and co-op features all for the same price... so yeah, reviews are going to be critical, very critical and with a valid reason.
