Kane and Lynch dead man problem

hello,
my brother play this game but he have a problem...
when he have load a mission he have problems with the mouse..
the mouse moving at display coming 0.5 sek after the moving....
he use a usb mouse from greybusters!
the have isn't lagging....
its playing in a normal speed...
to configure the graka dont help!
what can he do??
