commandos behind enmy the lines problem on xp and vista

I have this problem with both xp32 and vista64, the game start but...

the game runs to fast, it's not playable

I hope you can help me although my poor english

You can use something like this:

to temporarily slow down your cpu speed, that way you should be able to play.

First, you run file commandos.reg and TCPServer for Save and Load
Then, you run COMMANDOS.exe and play full time.
