Messages of Support for Patrick Swayze

Hello Playmates,

As some of you will be aware, actor Patrick Swayze has, in recent months, been diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer. I speak with his brother, Donny, on occasion, and ergo, would like some support messages from those who wish to freely offer them I promise faithfully that all of the messages will be passed on. Please just emit your real name on the thread since the Google and other such "slurp spider" bot might pick up on them. Thanks.

Thankfully for Patrick, he recognised a problem early on. As a dancer he is very in tune with his body and knew when something was not quite right.

He is not in remission but is back on location, filming wise, and undergoing very intensive therapy.

Unfortunately, Pancreatic Cancer is a very unforgiving form of the illness and often, patients are unaware of the symptoms until they develop Jaundice. Few symptoms are felt until the cancer has taken hold.

My beloved father died on 24th January this year from this aggressive form of cancer. He survived only eight weeks after diagnosis.

Please, do feel free to write some stories and/or messages for Patrick. Indeed, if enough messages are posted then I may just link Donny up to the forum so he and Patrick can read them for themselves.

Lastly, thank you all for taking the time to read this.
