so i had a dream last night...
*not a spoiler, its of my own dream* i wanted to share it cause it deeply upset me.
it started in the library and lara was reading about the hammer, amanda came in and told her something about her mom was already dead and her father was a fake aercheologist, (amanda looked cool, she had light brown hair and blonde highlights) so everything he wrote was false and everything lara did was for naught, so she set the library on fire and blew up her house, then she unholstered her right pistol and you see a tear drop from her eye and she puts the pistol in her mouth and fires, i woke up depressed. again this was a dream and not real...i hope lara doesnt die in this one cause i keep getting a feeling this one will lead to it, i hope not. thoughts?

Graphic amazing gampleay rocked. Found information about a certain artifact (wasn't thors hammer in my dream) and he read it saying these god names and all the describtion of this artifact. It felt so real i woke up depressed because i just played TR:U 6 months before it release in my dream

now that is horrible, i did a thread like this in the legend section but that is a terrible dream. I had a dream i died, weird, i felt it too, i got hit by a bus and became a ghost, in my dream i felt as though my heart was beating viciously. it was horrible, i woke up all shocked like a had actually died... i felt my heart beating hard after my dream and i was like, oh, i could actually feel the pain, really weird.

Maybe it was developed by subconcious fear of the future of the TR series.
It may also be that you're subconcious wanted Lara to try and kill herself, possibly to draw people to the series. I can't be specific, because I've never met you - but these are both slight possibilities.

Oh come on, people, Lara shooting herself in the mouth isn't so bad. Admit it, if the game LET you do that, you'd have all tried it many times. I mean, really, how many times have we all made her swan dive to her death from the top of St. Francis' Folly? That's no better than shooting herself in the mouth (if anything, it's worse... it takes longer!)

If Lara had to die then I would want her fighting to the very end, or if she had to sacrifice herself to accomplish a goal then It would be cool. I would not be happy that it would be the end of the franchise but if Lara died then I would want it to be an epic death for all gamers to remember.
Alternatively If Lara died tragically like when the Pyramid collapsed on her, then I would probably be distraught (cause I just love Lara so much ) and I would be happy that they "killed her off" so tragically. But I wouldn't want her to die in the way you dreamt.I would hate Lara to just "lose it" and kill herself. That would not be like Lara at all.
