Was you scared/intimidated at the auditions with all the girls who could do martial arts,etc?

Although you were a golf course receptionist, were you actually good at the sport (golf, of course)?

In an nterview you said that the people you worked with on teh golf course found out about your new job from the papers. My question is how did they (and everyone you know - friend, family) reacted to that news and how did they react when they saw you in Lara's outfit?

Alison have you met Karima( or any of the other models)? What did you think of her? Did you exchange ideas and did she give you some advice from her experiance as Lara?

In teh gametap interview Karima said she gets asked a lot of the same questions. SO its time someone starts asking the to you too!

She looks great for the part, the gymnastic side will help alot i think.

I live in Croydon aswell, which ruins her image abit for me, she'll have to try abit harder then Karima did to convince me she's not one of the average Chavs i see when im out at night, having a cat fight in the street over one of there numerous 'boyfriends'. But i think im more or less won over, she teachs gymnastics, its not a sport for the dregs amongst us, it takes dedication and commitment, especially to do it for England.

Seriously, this girl is totally the wrong one.
She looks way too sweet and cute, especially for the darker Underworld.
Her body is pretty similar to some renders in that same outfit we've all seen though.
I guess they selected her on that, but the face is all wrong, too bad...

And her gymnastic moves are ridiculous!


I miss Karima Adebibe already, but if she would have at least been replaced by a worthy follow-up.

Ahh come on now. Give her a chance. Everyone else seems to be. While I liked Karima too, I think Alison just has more to offer than Karima did as the role of Lara Croft. It's still early on in Alison's Lara Croft career so cut her some slack. I'm sure she'll end up growing on ya

I'm sure you didn't mean that, I mean how good are you at gymnastics and have you seen the Anniversary advert with her?

I'm sure you're just saying all this because Karima Adebibe's gone, but most of us have needed to put up with their favourite model going every time a new game came out...it's just something you'll have to live with! ^.^;

No, I'm not just saying things, I'm really good at "judging" and just observing things.
I'm also not saying she's bad at gymnastics and it's got nothing to do with what I can do.
Just look at the way she moves and whatever, even trying to act like Lara isn't working.

Yes OK, she's just new and everything.
But it's already not looking right, it's just looking very awkward and amateuristic.
She's probably just too young, she's like, what, 22-23 years old?
And seriously, her face is just out of place for Lara Croft.
Not that all the other ones were so 100% perfect, but like Angelina and Karima are getting really close in character.
It doesn't take forever to see which face is right and which is not...
Once again, hers is just obviously way too cute and sweet, especially for the darker Underworld.

And all I can hope for is her growing on me, physically and in her acting-skills that is. :\

I think that too, she just fitted Lara Croft.
She should have stayed at least for one more game, maybe another or a couple.
This was too short, but I guess it's the tradition.

Yep, the Lara models only seem to last about a year; which is a shame because you start to get used to/like the new one and then they're gone...

To me, all of them have suited/been Lara in their own unique way... ^.^
