Default Surprised my password still works

Going for some Gothic Medium just to use some of these new forum fonts. - WOW!!! People I know are still here! It's like walking into a bar you haven't been in for years and seeing the same bar flys bellying up to watering troff. Anyhow, as you can see I have changed my personality about teasing the forum members and have turned over a new leaf. No more about teasing the Blackman about being white. No more about teasing Tinstar about getting his badge out of a cracker jack box - "We don't need no stinking badges man!!!" And I'm sure clayman is sitting in some jail with no lock pick looking for howie too help him out of his delemma. Well this stupid computer doesn't like video games so I am looking for a new one so I can go back a play Thief again. Neat how the "classic" game never die. I take it the that people are still doing Drome Ed? Or at least the fan missions are still available to download? The only other question I have is if the new OS Vista is compatiable? Anyways, nice to see some familiar faces still around. - howie

Oh you finally made your way over here aye howie? I saw him post on TTLG not too long ago. He scared the crap out of some of the regulars over there, didn't ya howie. They didn't know how to take him.

Thief does work under Vista, I've got it working, there are a few *fixes* if you will to make it work. If you have dual core, you'll need to address that.

Dromed is alive and kicking, the FM's are even better than ever. Some FM's you look at and say. "This is Thief?"

tBM.......

Default It's a bird, it's a plane, no.... It's wonder howie.

It's amazing what you can find on U-tube if you look hard enough, isn't it Broken? Viacom has sensored all of their trademark videos so no for free advertising for them - hope they choke on their mistake. By the way when did you start playing a psychopath? If don't know what this is.... read the credits at the end.

I was in South Padre this past February fishing in the Gulf and looking for you. I had a broken sword in my speedo, a bowl of fruit loops in my hand, and beer in the other screeming at the top of my lungs, "I need the healer of Broken Arts to fix my sword." The police eventally showed up and told I wasn't aloud to look in womens windows anymore trying to find you. The women actually seemed to be fine with me peering in <s>gaulking at their half naked bodys</s> but one of the gal's husbands didn't like it one bit.

Rolleyes Tin Star and thee Blackman

Sorry guys for not replying to your comments. I will blame it on my relentless quest of being out of the womb and trying to get right back in it - you know responding to women ahead of you guys.

Tin Star - Anywho, yeah I suppose I would be in a cell next to clayman if the jailer hadn't through me out for causing a jail riot. Like I said, I have been fishing in the Gulf of Mexico. The local charter boat captain blew smoke up me butt last year and said that the yellow fin tuna come around in Feburary so I should come back then. Stupid me, I did, and found out - after I went back - that the yellow fin season doesn't start till June. Ended up catching red snapper instead. The boat ride was 3 1/2 hrs out - with a 1 1/2 fishing in between - then 3 1/2 hours back....ugggg. I limited out (4) in half an hour, then fished for the other people in the boat for the rest of the time. Too much travel time and too little fishing for me! I stay with my uncle who said, "There hasn't been a hurricane here for 42 years!" I guess he cursed the place since that is no longer true.

TheeBlackmen - Yeah, I suppose I have been ingoring you since there hasn't been much of any of me old friends posting in this place for a while. I am surprised how many new people are play thief for the first time - a never ending classic. Who knows maybe we will become "classic" for being the original forum crue on theif EIDOS forums in the thief legacy. Those other guys will regret leaving when we are all on 60 minutes telling them about our wonderfull times in the game and on the forum.

The Legacy Lives ON,

howie

Now that proves what I have always said{good help is hard to find}we will nab you again once I get Benny sobbered up and are you sure the captain of that charter boat could tell the difference between a red snapper and a yellow fin? it sounds like he has been dipping into the boats storage of rum not to know when the best time for yellow fin would be.When you go deep sea fishing here the boat leaves about 6am. and goes 1 or 2 hours out [about 30 miles] and you fish about 6 hrs. in 3 or 4 spots that they take you to then they head back in.

Default EIDO"S - I want to be called "The Infamous howie" instead of gamer

Hi littlek, nice to see you and some of the old forum people showing up again. I really thought the government had run everyone off. Just to get you up to speed: I accidently burned clayman out of his old house - infested with rats you know. He did get a new house thou.<s> The insurance scam must have worked because he did get a new house. </s> He got a new job too...not really sure why he lost his old job.....I called his old work on the phone and told them what a wonderful guy he was then things went down hill from there........hmmmmm.

Signed,

The Infamous howie.

Hey

Those darn rats cause more problems. But some of my fondest memories was being a rat on Thievery. I ended up a rat so many times that it became my normal game play - pestering the guards mostly. Here is a great screenie of BA, me Ghostly App and probably Leatherman.

HI tBM. I see your posts on Looking Glass when I lurk there but never reply. Those people scare me. Horses are ok. I did loose my mare a little over a year ago. It was a tough time dealing with that. My other horse was with her when she died and stood over her grave for months. Then got very angry at me of course - not fun when they weigh 1400 pounds. Then he became depressed so I bought "Z." He's a 2 year old Friesian/Dutch Warmblood and very ornery. Meet Z:

Hubbie crashed on his Harley a year ago and ended up in the hospital with a broken leg, lots of road rash and neck injuries. He hit a dog. He's better now. So it has been a very busy year and I hope to buy a few rounds at the Crippled Burrick more often....*feels for her coin purse* HEY!
