Hello everyone.

As a big fan of the original, I am really looking forward to this game. I have high hopes for this title, and I am sure it will not disappoint. I look forward to fun, informational banter with all of you.

Make no mistake, this community hates you and will see you burn. It's nothing personal, we hate everybody, and you especially. Don't ask me why, it was voted on this morning.

LOL! No worries, I can take plenty of , and dish it all at the same time. The local sports message board I am a part of gave me some very thick skin.

Im Roger and Im old. Live in Amesbury MA, US Im an old school Deus Ex player. Bought DX1 in it's original week of release and spent countless hours on the old Ion Storm message board community back in 2000 and for long after that. Played both DX1 (can't remember how many times) and DX 2 about 3 times. DX 2 unfortunatly just wasn't up to par. A decent game though just not on the same level. Both games currently installed on my PC.

My nic 10 years ago at Ion Storm boards was Manwhore, toned it down a bit Anyone here from the old days of Ion Storm ?

And I think what you were trying to say is that Deus Ex: Invisible War was the most horrible entertainment experience ever made, and was leaps and strides inferior to the original. ...AMIRIGHT?

I work for Fords. Don't worry, O2 sensors are cheap (Unless you have the heated type) and easy to do on your own. And I own a Ford too (Granted, mine's from 1966 where they didn't bother with O2 sensors. lol)

LOL. Canucks are atrocious, I'll admit that (But Stan Smyl and Trevor Linden are still amazing), but Montreal is about the only decent Canadian team we have left, let's not rag on them.

Thought I might as well say a quick hi in here!

I'm a digital media design student in Wellington, New Zealand. Huge fan of cyberpunk, transhumanism and general futurism. I'm very into game design, hoping to contribute my own visions at some point, I love intelligent games that let me play intelligently, and immersive game worlds.

While I haven't properly experienced the first game (introduced to it far too late, after the technology hurdles prevent immersion for me) I have discussed it at length with my gamer pals, read Warren's post-mortem, etc, out of fascination for this enduring beast of genre-breaking that still burns in the memories of fans.
I didn't complete IW due to losing interest in the claustrophobic levels, but really enjoyed the setting and some sections of play.

I'm so excited for DX:HR. It is rare to see these themes tackled well, and from what I have seen of the team, Eidos Montreal may just have the combination of talent and ambition to make this happen.

Here's to the Cyber-Renaissance in 2011!

Hi, I'm a Pretentious Old Man, playing at running the world. I enjoy it, don't rain on my parade.

I come from Lincolnshire, Britain, and I'm 49 (so I guess on the upper age demographic of people coming here). I've been gaming since the early nineties, the phenomena which I have witnessed over the years spent gaming have bred a concommitant cyncism and scepticism in me which has led to me joining several game boards. I'll stop being a cynic the day I'm proven wrong!

Whilst I dislike the term "hater" due to its chronic misuse, I am not a hater. Realist, yes, cynic, yes. Hater no. I can't abide it when people claim to wish to "take developers to hell" (ahem) overs sundry detailing, often lacing this with death threats and/or aspersions over their sexual persuasion.

I'm sure it'll be great here!
