Well I finished the campaign on the medium difficulty yesterday. It does in fact feel like a short game. I purchased the game two days ago and I didn't play for very long at all. For sixty dollars I expected more but I'm not going to sit here and complain about it.
Has anyone finished the campaign on the morphine difficulty? It was a good game that got shady reviews for some reason. I like to find out about games for myself and draw my own conclusions anyways. I'm guessing that the reviews have greatly affected the over all sales of this game. I drew this up in my head because I don't see very many people playing the multiplayer on the PS3. * There is something that needs attention and I hope it isn't taken as a complaint. One thing I would like to bring to the attention of the developers is that the ranked custom match search function seems busted. You get a PSN prompt that says "Failed to join Game Session" 100 percent of the time. You can't join Ranked games that you search for. I'm just spitting out feedback here. There's no map rotation so the multiplayer feels very repetitive. If you're able to host a ranked match you should be able to select "all maps", instead of just one. Over 38000 players on the leaderboards for the PS3 version. You really have to wait forever and a day to find a match during the week. I hardly see anyone playing the game the way it's intended. Players on your team shoot and kill you right when the match starts. People like to play crooked cop and help a traitor get away, then the traiter drops money for the crooked cop. Interesting! This game could have used a couple of rules instead of being no holds bar, no.
I started playing the MP a couple of days back, it's an interesting concept and it grew on me. Some new maps and a patch would be nice but from looking around here it doesn't look like it's going to happen soon. This fourm is hopping, and I'm insane because I talk to myself. i love this game alot. eidos had announced a while back that this game already sold 1 million copies worldwide i just dont think alot of people are playing it online. i play on the PC and fragile alliance is alot of fun, i still have to wait around a good 15 mins before enough people hop on, but they always do thankfully

Will you look at that, there's another person that posts on here. I thought this forum was completely dead. So you play with the PC version sublime. Are the aiming controls on the PC version as dreadful as the Ps3 version, I wonder? I try and change up the look sensitivity but the aiming is just horrid. Why they didn't make a melee attack for the online game is beyond me. Are you good with grenades? The grenades seem like I'm throwing firecrackers at people.
I think if they do in fact release a movie about the game, people might want to check out the game in the future. Last edited by DonkeyPunchedYourSis; 03-28-2008 at 04:15 AM. |

Your assumption is correct.
If people are playing this game, they're not playing Fragile Alliance. I can barely find any servers on List Play and your statements have pretty much removed any doubt in my mind that paying extra for Xbox Live Gold won't solve any of those problems. Either way.... looks like K&L2 might be an improvement, although I'm a bit skeptical. |

on the PC side of things i always end up finding at least 3 other people for a quick session. i like the aiming i dont have any problems with it at all and ive killed plenty of dudes with my grenades. maybe its just me or the PC version is actually better than the console versions. i havent played the PS3 or 360 versions so i cant really compare. the only online problem i have is the game likes to randomly crash!!! and thats very annoying
