Question St. Francis Folly 1st artifact problem (Wii).

For some reason the 1st artifact puzzle in St. Francis Folly is not working at all on the Wii version.

I have tried this solution but it doesn't work:

I have tried it several times, even after restarting the level, looking at the hint on the ceiling different ways thinking it may not be activating, turning the game off then back on. I have even tried drawing it every possible way I can think of. I know others must be having this same issue, but I can't find anyone that states how to fix it other than creating another profile which *might* fix it, which would require to go back through the entire first part of the game again. If anyone has any fixes, I would appreciate it.

Someone came forward with a similar issue a while back, you can read it here, but I have no idea whether they have sorted it out or not. We gave as much advice as we could.

Have you checked the sequence on roof?

I read through that topic before I posted anything and nothing that was posted helped out at all. This is odd as all the other puzzles seemed to work fine other than that one.

Several times from different angles and positions.
