Can not register/login

I had a downloaded version of BSM from trygames and was able to play SP and MP but was never able to host a game or play the Iowa map. I had a nickname TARKUS and a profile. All of a sudden one day I couldn't get in the game anymore I tried everything, even redownloading it from trygames, never got it to work. I was so fedup that I aquired and over the counter CD version. The disc loaded fine but only lets me play SP no MP it will not let me connect. I've tried to use my old profile and even tried to create a new one. It keeps giving me error messages like (incorrect password, nickname already in use or must register). I've tried everything I can think of. How about some help please? I realy love this game. Even have the 360 version

If you search these forums I'm sure you will find your answer. Many people had registration problems. Try going to Gamespy.com and see if you can login there and if not create a new profile and use that info in the game.

It's GameSpy's problem, not Eidos'. LameSpy is also creating tons of connectivity issues too >.>
