Legacy of Kain without doubt - GREAT story.

Deus Ex is second IMO. Truly innovative game.

About time for a sequel to LoK, don't you think Eidos ?

They should do a "I am Kain" like the one in BO2 in a 300-esque/Beowulf-esque kinda way when they make LoK6

Yeah... I thought about it and decided that series is 3 or more games, so BSM doesn't qualify yet. In fact, Deus Ex is on the verge, but in its case, we at least know that the 3rd game is being made.

Legacy of Kain.


I used to play a few video games but not often. I got into the LoK series and did the first two games and that was it...many years later and now very involved in the series, only because of the story. I am by no means a gamer and don't play any games besides these, but the story fascinates me.

This feels like deja vu.

Well, I don't know if I mentioned this in the other thread but I have played the second Soul Reaver game and I enjoyed it. But my favorite series was, is, and always will be LC:TR.

Question
A game must have an engaging plot for me to like it. Legacy of Kain is simply pure greatness.

I will never be able to understand how some ( or maybe so many) ppl can enjoy plotless games. A cute animated doll walking around just isn't my ideal of fun.
