Strange bug in AoD

I came across a strange bug in AoD, in the monstrum crimescene level if you get the medipack fom the manhole when you get to vasileys cellar the game wont draw properly- its just blackness If I don't go down the manhole to get the medipack the game draws fine?????????? I shouldn't be surpised I guess the game is frought with bugs!
