Lightbulb Removing Red Crosshairs on targets...

is apparently possible.

I made a little patch to do just that.
If someone is kind enough to test, I'd appreciate it. Read the readme.txt.
This is for the DEMO only.

Didn't work for me.. Patch said it worked okay, but the crosshairs were still there..

I ran the patch, after backing up the bigfile. I pressed 'Y' and the patch said it worked okay. Then I ran the game and the crosshairs were still visible.

Strange...
If it doesn't work for more people, I am going back to the drawing board.
Although it may have something to do with the graphic settings.

I'm running the demo in Vista Home premium 64-bit... if that might have something to do with it..

Ah- ha! I ran the patch again, but under administration mode and the crosshairs have gone in the demo... excellent

So what does this remove the cross-hairs completely, or just keep them grey whatever range the enemy is at?
