TR Legend - Some controls don't work

I installed Legend on my 5-year-old Sony Vaio pc and everything is fine EXCEPT nothing happens when I press Home, Page Up/Down, or End. So I can't use health packs, switch weapons, or use binoculars.

On my keyboard, those 3 keys are shared with keys on the number pad and also the directional keys. But no amount of shift, control, cap lock, num lock, or anything else gets it to work. Nor does re-installing the game.

I had a similar problem with AOD, but luckily found a website that gave alternate key combinations that worked. Anything like that for this one?

I have 80G hard drive, 512 RAM and a Radeon 9550 graphics card. It should work, right?

Hi moveeguy, and welcome to the forums.

I don't know how to get Legend to recognize your Home key, but you should be able to change the controls in Legend to use a different key that is available on your keyboard. For example, switch weapons could be "[". I hope that helps.

I thought of that too, but I can't find an option for changing those particular keys. You can change the movement keys and a few others in the Controls menu, but not home, end, pg up & pg down.

Am I missing something?

Hmm, I must confess that I don't have Legend available to me at the moment to check the menus, so I may have made an incorrect assumption about my example of changing the switch weapons key. I never tried changing that key before. Perhaps someone who has Legend installed will post some info. Sorry, I can't help more than that at the moment.

You can change the control configuration for the binoculars, health packs and switching weapons.

Go into Options > Controls > Control Configuration. Scroll down and those options are near the bottom of the list.
