Where is the plane I won??

I was winning side-missions of the guerrilla to win a plane called Jackson Skreamer(I don't know exactly the name, sorry). I think when i became an alferez, I won this plane. I went to all safehouses and guerrilas camps, and no plane . Can you tell me where is it?!

Goto different safehouses {for geurillas} you will find it ontop of the garage,on a helipad.

you can just get a government one, the ones with the guerilla and rioja don't look much good anyway.
if you wan't a better plane then get 3700 points to get a delta chimaera, the second best heli in the game (hammerbolt first )
