Key problems

Hi.
I am having a problem with movement in Just Cause.
I have just finished the mission where you have to go with the lady to the arms deal. I have been playing with no problems before this.
After the cut scene i saved, then went back to the game. The keys weren't working. I can't move on it. I can also not look around the with the mouse.
If i go onto the PDA the keys work, and also in the Menu.
Can someone please help me get it working again!?
