FF7 on XP: crashing after the first Weapon fight

I'm having some trouble to get to the second part of Tifa on Cloud's mind, after the first fight against Weapon, in Mideel.
The first part, when Tifa talks to the Cloud on top of the screen goes well, but when she talks to the second Cloud, to the left, the game crashes when the FMV should load.

I've tried all patches I could find, the oficial, animevamp's, and all solutions I could find including gypt, but all failed. And as I didn't see any topics about the game crashing on this part, I really don't know what to do.

Has anyone came across this crash that can help me?
And, if there's no other way, maybe someone could go past this part in my save for me?

come on, it's been a month now, please someone help... I can upload movie files to replace any video you have corrupted, or advance anything tha doesn't crash here if someone helps me with my savepoint

I've used that already, it worked on golden saucer, but not this time.
