croft manor grapple problem...

I'm on 97% or something, replaying for rewards etc. I had a problem taht seems to have resolved, that when I was doing Croft Manor I was starting from the beginning every time. Now I'm not starting from the beginning, I've got the rewards I saved and the guns etc but I can't get the grapple. The computer that Lara uses to open the safe doesn't have the green light or respond to the 'Y', as if it thinks I already have it, but I don't I've reloaded from finishing Redux but before doing all the other stuff I've done and that works fine but damn I don't want to have to go through all the other levels again! Is there any chance of a fix or does anyone know why it's happening?
