What did Melchiah mean?

He meant that Kain had wiped out all of Raziel's Clan so Raziel was the last of his kind. He then implied that he was going to kill Raziel

Melchiah relied on skins of his victims to patch together his skin and live Dumah was "dead" Zephon couldnt move. He was "chained" to his chamber in the silenced cathedral Rahab couldnt leave the water, or he'd die Turel, well maybe he'd already been summoned as "Hash ak gik" *forgot where the apostrophie goes in there* so he;d just vanished Raziel diddnt have any problems
