Default peru escape help

im at the part in peru when you have to escape from the people who have come to get you.... how do you reach the rope to swing across the big gap?

all help is appreciated

At the top of the statute you have find your way around the right side until you get to the wall, then shimmy toward a ledge beneath where you can drop down, then grasp the rope. You don't swing across the big gap. You swing over to the left side of the ruins, locate a secret, go a back around, then jump across using the rope again to the opposite ledge, then maneuver toward the enemies from the ledges.
