This is when she doesn't do what I tell her (missing the rope, ledge, ect.)-

"Come on now Lara! I could do better!" (usually, I let out a sigh then say) "Women!"
This is when I really muck things up (usually killing poor Lara in the process)-

"D'oh! Lara! No! I'm so sorry, Lara!" (I usually play like you would if Lara had only 1 life. If I die (ok, Lara dies), I usually start over from the beginning (of the game, not level). I do know about the save game feature, but I try not to use it (it make the game more challenging). I like finishing the game with the Lara I started with, because in real life, there's no "Restore" button).

Yes many times.

Frequently telling Lara to jump or hang on to the ledge and calling her a name when she falls or dies.

At least we can't hurt her feelings.....

I usually say something like "ok ok.... But WHY won't you wear the swimsuit in the levels? You can wear the gear if you need it, but why not the suit? It won't help you in the snow anymore than that dress!!"
