I have completed the game, done Croft Manor and collected all the rewards. What happens now? Do I get through the other doors now I have all the rewards? Or do I have to do the time trials too?

Stuff in the Extras menu - like objects models, character profiles, pictures and also lots of new costumes for Lara. I wish you would get more of Croft Manor, but I suppose there's lots of people who think a bikini outfit is reward enough

if you havent unlocked the bikini, then you havent seen nothing yet
