Once you beat the game, do you have the option to go back and replay any of the levels? And how do you do the time trials, do you have to beat the game for that as well? Thanks in advance to who ever replies

You can replay a level and enter time trials right after you complete Bolivia.

Ok thanks, im up to Ghana, but i can't figure out where the option is to replay a level or start a time trial on the main menu...

Its in the main menu under Load which gives you three options, New Game, Load Game & Replay Level,
