Sea Monster problem or big big big bug

I have the same problem with the sea monster ,but me i can only activate two of them and after, nothing .lever doesnt work i pull them and it doesnt move .I no before entering the chamber of the round table i was playing with the levers and after a few pull two of them stop working and when i complet the chamber of the king , i went outside to kill the sea monster and the bug was still there .my version is for the XBOX360.
How can i advance in the game if i have that bug in a game ,spending more then 80$(can) no good at all ,i want the bug to be fix or i want to be REFUND
i dont want you guys to tell me to start the game over again ,no thank you

Hello! well i guess im new to these forums so i dont really know what im doing >< anyway this is the best place i found to post my problem so im sorry if its not in the correct place. my isssue is not quite like what i see everyone else having. i can grapple any target i wish to no prob but there is 1 lever i pull on and it moves yet no cage falls? therefor i keep watching the gear turn and the lever move all the way yet the cage just wont move! its the right cage in the back section. does anyone know why the cage might be stuck up there? and im on the 360 version if that is of any use.

im on the ps2 and i can mesmorise the sea monsta but the cages always miss? and lara takes to long wiv the grapple
