Completed the 'three crates', enter exit to leave room video begins as the floor opens, Lara begins a run, and a blue arrow pointing down shows up.

I have The Complete Guide from piggybackinteractive.com and page 61 says this is a Super Action and you must press the button that corresponds with the symbol displayed on the screen. For PS2, which is what this guide seems to written for it would be O and X. Tried F key (for crouch) and Space bar (for jump), ng.

Tired of Lara just dying each time, any help from someone with the PC version that sucessfully made it past this point?

When an arrow shows up, you have to press the corresponding direction key. For example: if an up arrow appears, press the W key.
