Rolleyes Grappling rewards...

I can't believe it... but my kids showed me that most of the rewards which are placed in hard-to-reach places, can actually be hauled in by using the grappling hook. Now where's the fun in that.

yeah... they blast through this game, having been trained up by Ratchet and Clank and Jak&Daxter -type games.

It used to be MY game... my very own Lara... Now I'm like, yeah play if you want, I can't be bothered with it.

THAT is a very interesting equation. I think it is telling. Ratchet and Clank and Jak&Daxter are console only, aren't they?

I also think you might want to try again. Just because you CAN do it the easy way, doesn't mean you have to.

Yeah, as far as I know, they're PS2 games. Or, as my boys said, Jump+Run games. I tried them and got bored within the hour. And that's what it feels like now. I did try not to pace through it, but I chose the Easy option at first and it kind of sucked me right through , and I came hurtling out the end of it and thought: What, that's it? So I went back into a couple of levels to look for rewards but really, if you can't unlock levels, I'm not interested in the other things you can unlock. And since the story is so short and the puzzles so easy, I see no point in doing it the hard way... I know what to do now and I've never been into the shooting stuff but into exploring. It's silly, the outfits thing for example, that could be a simple option before playing, what's the point in having to unlock them? All Hallows was brilliant, a spooky bonus level, I'd want tons of bonus levels with a game as short as this.

Or a new game every three months. Or every week. Then it'd be good.
