In Hunter and Hunted, you cant kill the mime!

Ok, this is weird. Go through the last level and kill all the SWAT etc. Then start polishing off the civilians behind the barriers Behind one barrier is a mime. Shoot him, then look on your map - it should show that he's alive, when he is obviously not...
