commanders, commanding lower class commanders.

hi all who read this. I am useless at moddiong and anything like that but I have been wondering about this for a while. I was wondering whether you could make higher class commanders be able to command lower class commanders because you can only asign troops to commanders not other commanders. if this could be done then I beileve that it would make the battles more realistic.
for example...

1 Field Marshal commanding 6 generals, and the generals also command troops and colonels etc
- General
4 cavalry units and 1 colonel
-Colonel
3 cavalry units and 1 captain
-Captain
3 infantry units

- General
4 artillary units and 1 colonel
-Colonel
3 infantry units and 1 captain
-Captain
3 cavalry units

- General
4 infantry units and 1 colonel
-Colonel
3 artillary units and 1 captain
-Captain
3 artillary units

- General
4 cavalry units and 1 colonel
-Colonel
3 cavalry units and 1 captain

That idea souds great. I have heard countless people wondering if it were possible to increase the number of commanders per territory. This idea would be another way around that problem.
