Game Crashes Randomly

I fixed the problem I had earlier by upgrading the sound card, now the game seems to crash at random. It doesn't let me exit out or use ctrl alt del. I have to turn my computer off and then back on to get back into it. It just crashes at random and seems to pass the same point and crash in other places. Anybody else have this problem?
